Con ayuda de Jose Miguel Torres, logramos conectar el celullar emulator con el Windows Mobile. 

Los pasos son los siguientes:

1. Ejecutar Cellular Emulator

2. Ejecutar Emulador Windows Mobile 6.5

3. Configurar el puerto del emulador como siempre.

4. Presionar el botòn RESET en el tab Configuration del Celullar Emulator (ver imagen).

5. Reiniciar el emulador.

Conectar Emulador Windows Mobile 6.5 a Cellular Emulator

English:

1.- Turn on wm6.5 emulator
2.- Turn on Cellular emulator
3.- Configure Cellular emulator's COM port as always
4.- Reset Celullar Emulator Connection in Configuration Tab in cellular emulator.exe
5.- Soft reset emulator
